Which was fine btw, I was cooperative and friendly while picking new products, but he continued to say I was wrong even after all of that and he came back out with my new selections. I told him I didn't appreciate him laughing in my face and was dumbfounded by this customer service experience, so I called another staff member over and they showed the receipts of the system declining the order I submitted. The guy is a complete tool-bag and smiling in my face. He continued to insist he was right and I didn't submit an online order, said I was wrong, I'm forgetting. I was just trying to show the guy like nahhh I did my part, defused situation, but nope he wouldn't let up. What happened to the customer is always right? What happened to quality customer service, smiling and having a confident, friendly voice? He sounds high, he clearly doesn't care about the customers, and then he acts better than the customers walking into your building.I was just like I definitely did submit an online order, you guys called me about it, even showed him my call log on my phone which I didn't have to do. Sorry you can't remember things Cory, not everyone can relate to you and your personal struggles.What pissed me off is that he said THE CUSTOMER (me) didn't submit my online order, 5 different times, through the cash out process. I literally have to be on my game all the time, I have a very strong ability to remember. He's beyond disrespectful, I have a Bachelor's degree, a solid job that requires a high level ability to remember the current status of projects and provide THE LATEST updates to other team members. Cory (employee) tried to instigate me into wanting to physically attack him in the store by calling out my integrity and my ability to remember what I am LITERALLY doing with my life, instead of apologizing for the systems not working correctly.he called me delusional and insisted I am developing early signs of dementia by the way he talked to me. The staff does not instigate fights in federal buildings, which is a felony if you do physically assault someone in a federal building. Word of mouth is powerful.Go to the Botanist in Wickliffe, they are actually organized, professional, and they will not waste your time. I will make my horrible experience known to every person I run into, that uses medical marijuana in Ohio. Takes a week for the owner to try to call me back and the owner acted completely unaware of what he was even calling me for on the voice message? What a joke. You picked the wrong person to push around and not make things right with. Stopped going to this dispensary after Cory and the staff decided to harass me on June 13th, 2023.
